We have two advisory fee structures and can slot you in either the pure AUM fee (based on the net asset value of the securities under management) (1%-1.5%) or the hourly based fee consulting model. Joshua Lutkemuller, CFA earned his Bachelors and Masters in Economics from Texas A&M and is also a CFA charterholder and CFP Candidate. The CFA charter is a professional designation earned after completing a series of 3 rigorous exams that cover a broad range of investment topics to include Real Estate. Josh served 6 years in the Army National Guard and spent 3.5 years at a large banking in their Capital Markets division. Josh started as an analyst where he analyzed and executed debt transactions to help future facilitate liquidity for the organization. Afterwards, he transitioned to the role of Mortgage-Backed Securities Trader where he was responsible for hedging a $15B residential loan portfolio using TBAs and other various derivative instruments.

Josh grew up in a family of real estate investors and quickly found a passion in real estate as well. Utilizing his mortgage investment background, he is able to find value for clients where most realtors can’t. Paramount is not the biggest, but it promises to be the best, and this is achieved by providing a diverse investment background and expertise to each one of Paramount’s clients.

Josh is passionate about the investment process and truly finds joy in helping people achieve the biggest financial goal in most people’s lives, purchasing a home. Throughout his early years, he served in the military, but now his mission is to serve the Greater Sacramento area by providing real estate services with the utmost customer care.
